Howden informed that in the movie the device isn't just about crazy fight scenes, having guns for hands. It's also a device for a lot of physical comedy that he enjoyed. He further explains by asking how does someone dress up or eat food, or even pick a phone when you have guns bolted in your hands. Howden shared his experience about how he wrapped water guns to his hands and spent a day going round his house with that.
