Ellen Pompeo supported Gabrielle Union and condemned toxic work atmosphere at NBC following exit of Gabrielle from America's Got Talent. Gabrielle Union was dismissed from her position as a judge of reality TV show America’s Got Talent after she reportedly complained about show’s toxic culture and racial jokes.

Gabrielle Union was recently dismissed as judge of popular reality TV show America’s Got Talent. reason for Union’s dismissal is cited to be her complaint about toxic culture in show. Grey’s Anatomy actor Ellen Pompeo in a series of tweets extended her support to Gabrielle Union for standing against show and studios’ work culture and approach towards toxic work environment.

In her tweets, Ellen Pompeo criticised NBC for t commenting on issue. She stated that it is unfortunate that NBC is same network that protected Matt Lauer and punished women for speaking out and t putting up with studios’ demands. She furr commented that toxic atmosphere has remained unchanged regardless of Matt Lauer controversy.

She n stated that it takes cour to speak against injustice and hence, supports Gabrielle Union.
