'Footloose' star Kevin Bacon's dance clip goes viral as fans spot Ganesha idol in his home

Footloose star Kevin Bacon and his wife Kyra Sedgwick grabbed attention of all desi fans with ir latest TikTok dance video. couple became latest celebrities to hop onto Footloose drop trend, which recreates an iconic sequence from  1984 movie. While netizens were been blown away by ir impeccable dance moves, what also grabbed attention of many was Ganesh idol sitting at ir fireplace.

Taking to his Instagram handle recently, Kevin Bacon dropped fun video where he and Kyra can be seen grooving to  movie's title track with ir fireplace in backdrop. Bacon also joked that while he h forgotten some of moves, he tried his best to perform well. For unversed, viral challenge requires one participant to hold ir partner by ir arm and leg before grooving to catchy beats. 

In caption, Bacon mentioned, "I don’t remember this being part of original #Footloose choreography... but figured we’d give it a spin." Take a look.

Fans lauded ir attempt at challenge by dropping comments like, "Inspiration right here," "you both still got it! Well done!" and "I watched this a few times. Not sure why I got such a kick out of it…. It might be facial expressions. Well done! 10/10!" among or things. Meanwhile, few people pointed out  Lord Ganesha idol decored on fireplace and asked wher it was true. 

For unversed, Kevin and Kyra have been married since 1988, with fans in awe of ir chemistry to date. According to Entertainment Weekly, Kevin revisited his Footloose days for a sketch on  Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in 2014. Bacon quipped that he h to 'track down' film in order to refresh his memory. "I h to go and rent movie on Netflix, literally," he said. "I didn't have movie. I was really overwhelmed," he n mentioned. 

Footloose follows revolves around a teenager named Ren McCormack, who moves to a rural Southwestern town where dancing, rock and roll among or things have been outlawed. protagonist n helps residents to find ir love for craft by leing a rebellion.
