Halloween picture of Katy Perry gets sued for copyright infringement

Katy Perry has been reportedly sued by a photo agency for USD 150,000 for copyright infringement as she fails to pay the agency to license the Halloween photo

American singer Katy Perry has been reportedly sued by a photo ncy for USD 150,000 for copyright infringement. In picture, Perry is seen completely transformed into Hillary Clinton and one of her friends is seen dressed like Bill Clinton for a Halloween party. paparazzi im posted back in 2016 with a caption, “Bill and Hill forever” is owned by Backgrid who claims that pop star has failed to pay ncy to license photo.

Backgrid, photo ncy told an international media outlet that y have contacted Perry multiple times from 2017 to as recently as early this month regarding use of picture but representatives of singer have failed to pay ncy to license photo. Perry was sued last month as well with $2.78 million as a federal jury found out that she has copied one of her hit songs.

A week back an American model Emily O'Hara Ratajkowski and her company Emrata Holding Inc. was also sued for similar circumstances. model posted a picture of herself carrying a bouquet of flowers, wearing an oversize blazer and tennis shoes as an Instagram story which was ed by Robert O'Neil. Although story disappears in 24 hours, photographer has filed lawsuit against Ratajkowski in Sourn District of New York, citing copyright infringement. professional paparazzi photographer sued model for up to $150,000.

Ar model Gigi Hid h also received a legal tice for posting a paparazzi photo of herself. Hid h publically posted about being sued for her w-deleted post and was informed by manment. Hid h accused paparazzi photographers of intruding privacy of celebrities "legally” and n asking for more after Hid posted it.
