Looks like 'Captain America' star Chris Evans is seriously annoyed with advancing technology and its involvement in daily life. Shared his dilemma of working with technology, he penned a note complaining about the same on Twitter and said, "Dear All Technology, Remember the 90’s when you just WORKED??? I don’t need a ‘smart’ feature on my TV, thermostat, lights, music, refrigerator, security cameras, and f-ing car. You’re a major pain in all of our asses. You’re not worth it. Signed, Everyone"
Here's the post:
Fans are buzzing about the same ever since as they are connecting his comments to his onscreen character Captain America, who throughout the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) movies, has expressed the Grandpa within him when it came to his struggles with technology.
Here's how they reacted to his post:
Interestingly, joining the bandwagon was his 'Avengers' co-star Robert Downey Jr also took a dig at the actor bringing in their another co-star Mark Ruffalo in the conversation. Downey whose humour quotient is praised both on and off screen drew a connection with the film series and said Evans aka Captain America aka Steve Rogers, need some technology lessons from 'science bros'- Tony Stark (Iron Man played by Downey) and Bruce Banner (The Hulk played by Mark Ruffalo).
In response to Chris ranting about technology, Robert offered to help and asked Ruffalo to join the forces to help Cap. "Hey, @MarkRuffalo looks like Cap needs a little tutoring from the science bros," he tweeted.
Meanwhile, the on-screen superheroes are all set to pair up in the fourth and the last venture of the 'Avengers' franchise titled 'Avengers Endgame'. The much-awaited film is all set to hit the big screens on April 26, 2019.
