Isabela Merced teams up with Jason Momoa for Netflix's 'Sweet Girl'
Rising star Isabela Merced, formerly Isabela Moner, will be playing on-screen daughter of Jason Momoa in an upcoming revenge thriller 'Sweet Girl' on Netflix

Isabela Merced has been roped in to play on-screen daughter of Jason Momoa in an upcoming revenge thriller Sweet Girl for Netflix. Reportedly, Momoa will essay life of a devasted husband who pledges to seek revenge from people responsible for his wife's death and at same time protect his daughter, who is only family he has left. show is written by Greg Hurwitz, Philip Eisner, and Will Staples, and directed by Brian Mendoza. On or hand, Momoa along, with Brad Peyton and Jeff Fierson will be producing Netflix feature.
"I'm excited to partner with Netflix once again. I'm putting a dream team toger from Brad and Jeff to my best friend, Brian, who has been my partner for over ten years. It's a dream come true to collaborate with him and deliver his vision," Momos had earlier said while speaking about producing and starring film

Isabela, real-life Dora
Isabela Merced had recently changed her surname from Moner to hor her late Peruvian grandmor. She played titular role in Paramount's Dora and Lost City of Gold, which reportedly grossed more than $60 million domestically. Merced has also played lead role of CJ Martin on Nickelodeon television series 100 Things to Do Before High School. She had also starred in movies such as Transformers: Last Knight, Instant Family, and Sicario: Day of Soldado.

Meanwhile, Momoa fights for a greater cause
An environmental activist, Jason Momoa recently addressed United Nations General Assembly and delivered a powerful speech on behalf of island nations of world that are drowning due to effects of climate change. Momoa has been outspoken about effects of climate change on numerous occasions and claims that human species need earth to survive and t or way around. He also talks about impacts of ocean plastic pollution, rising sea level and how humans are willing to force disharmony with natural balance of world.
