James Gunn invites Zack Snyder and other DC directors on Marvel's GOTGVol3 set
James Gunn recently invited Zack Snyder, Patty Jenkins, James Wan, and more DC directors and heads to his Marvel film Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3 sets.

James Gunn is one of few people who has worked with both, Marvel and DC studios. A few days ago, he debunked talks about feud between Marvel and DC bosses. Now filmmaker expressed that he would love to invite DC directors and executives to his upcoming Marvel project.

James Gunn is quite active on his Twitter handle. Recently a user asked filmmaker if he would invite any of DC directors or executives on set of a Marvel movie. Gunn quickly replied that he would love to have any DC people he likes to visit set of Guardians of Galaxy Vol. 3, his upcoming Marvel venture. filmmaker mentioned popular DC films directors like Zack Snyder (Man of Steel, Batman vs. Superman, Justice League), Patty Jenkins (Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman 1984), James Wan (Aquaman), David Ayer (Suicide Squ) and David F. Sandberg (Shazam!). He also mentioned Chief Creative Officer of DC Comics Jim Lee and executives Walter Hama and Chantal Nong.

In following tweet, a user wrote that James Gunn forgot to call Birds of Prey (and Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) director Cathy Yan. filmmaker n replied that he did not know Yan, but would love to meet her. Check out his tweet below.

Fans started pouring questions out after James Gunn previously revealed that Marvel Studios President, Kevin Feige, visited sets of his DC movie, Suicide Squ. He disclosed news via a comment on his Instagram handle. filmmaker also mentioned that Feige was supportive of his venture from Marvel to DC.

James Gunn helmed Guardians of Galaxy and Guardians of Galaxy Vol. 2 in Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Both films received great responses from audiences and was a success at box office. Gunn was set to direct third installment but was removed from his job by Disney. He n signed up to write and direct Suicide Squ, marking his debut in DC Extended Universe (DCEU). Later Disney rehired filmmaker who is now also working on Guardians of Galaxy 3.
