According to reports, Jason Momoa starrer has already blasted past 189 million dollars in the country. At this rate, it is easily expected to defeat 'Venom', and 'Avengers: Age of Ultron', which minted 270 million and 240 million dollars respectively. If it manages to achieve this feat, it will become the second highest grossing Hollywood flick in China, just behind 'Avengers: Infinity War' which minted 360 million dollars. In terms of global collections, the James Wan directorial has earned 260 million dollars worldwide and is expected to cross the 300 mark before the film's US release.

The flick also enjoys a pretty decent rating on Rotten Tomatoes where it stands at 70 per cent. It is also being touted as one of the best DC films to grace the screens since Gal Gadot's 'Wonder Woman'.
