John Krasinski turns Office opening sequence into a song on SNL

John Krasinski took on responsibility of hosting Saturday Night Live (SNL) latest episode. In a segment on SNL, he gave lyrics to popular me tune of Office me. A voiceover promised that actor would be singing “long-lost lyrics” to series’ opening sequence, which he wrote himself. Krasinski started by repeating name of place where show takes place, Scranton, Pennsylvania.

He calls Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson) “ bad guy” hinting at ir banter. John Krasinski named his character Jim as “ hero” of series. He ended it by describing scene where Steve Carell as Michael Scott adjusts his Dundie trophy. Original Office me tune is written by Jay Ferguson and performed by Scrantones. Check out video below.

John Krasinski turned host on SNL for first time. In his introduction, he had a conversation with audience’ who literally took him as Jim Halpert from Office and asked him about his wife Pam, played by Jenna Fischer. y asked him to kiss Pam, who was t re. n, Pete Davidson appeared and acted like Pam. Office depicts everyday lives of office employees at Dunder Mifflin Paper Company, a fictional company branch located in Scranton, Pennsylvania.  first season received mixed reviews but show's popularity increased over course of time. It eventually became one of most viewed and repeatedly watched series around world.
