Keira Knightley uses body double for intimate scenes in films

Keira Knightley is gearing up for her upcoming film, The Aftermath. The film is based on the 2013 novel by the same name by author Rhidian Brook. The film also stars Jason Clarke, Alexander Skarsgard and Kate Phillips in a lead role. Recently Keira revealed in an interview that she used a body double for intimate scenes in the film. The actor also revealed that she refuses to do nude scenes in her films. The Pirates Of The Caribbean actor also added that her contract allows her to use a body double to shoot the scenes where nudity is involved.

Keira revealed that she gets to approve her body double for her nude scenes 

Keira also went on to say that she is even allowed to approve any scenes where her stand-in is naked. She told an esteemed magazine that she does not perform any nude scenes in her films. The Pride and Prejudice actor explained this by stating that she gets to pick up the body double for the scene and then also gets to approve the intimate scenes. The actor also shared an interesting revelation and went on to say that she was having a tea and a scone while all the intimate scenes were shot as she did not have to be a part of those scenes.

The actor recently gave birth to her second child 

Keira recently also graced the red carpet for her last film, Official Secrets. This was reportedly her public appearance after a long time since she gave birth to her second child. According to media reports, the actor looked dainty in a white midi dress which had floral patterns and puffed sleeves. She paired the whole looks with gold coloured heels. The actor was all smiles for the paparazzi. However, if media reports are to be believed, the actor did not give a confirmation on the birth of her second child with husband James Righton. The actor tied the knot with James in the year 2013 and already have a four-year-old daughter Edie together.
