Kelly Preston, actress and wife of John Travolta, dies at 57

 Actress Kelly Preston, whose credits included films “Twins” and “Jerry Maguire,” died Sunday, her husband John Travolta said. She was 57.

Travolta confirmed his wife's death in an Instagram post late Sunday. He said she died after a two-year battle with breast cancer.

“It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer,” Travolta said of his wife of 28 years. “She fought a courous fight with love and support of so many.”

Preston had a lengthy career on film and television and at times appearing in films with her husband. y had three children toger.

Preston and Travolta were married at a midnight ceremony in Paris in 1991 while couple were expecting ir first son, Jett.
