Kevin Hart, others sued for $60 million by model over 2017 sex tape

A model, who appeared with Kevin Hart in a 2017 sex tape, sued the comedian and others for $60 million. The 28-year-old model said she was unaware of recording.

A model, who appeared with Kevin Hart in a 2017 sex tape, sued the comedian and others for $60 million. The 28-year-old model, Montia Sabagg reportedly claimed that she was secretly recorded having consensual intercourse with the comedian in a hotel room in Las Vegas.

The 38-page complaint contains the model’s accusations against Hart Jonathan "JT" Jackson, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and other related companies of intentional attacking her emotionally, violations of privacy and negligence.

In the report, the model claims that she had no knowledge that the inmate activity was being recorded. The video, which according to the suit, showed Sabagg naked from the waist down and engaged in private, consensual relations with the actor, was published online in September 2017. At that time, Hart claimed he was being extorted while he addressed the incident publicly.

To deny Hart’s extortion accusations, Sabagg held an exclusive press conference alongside celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom. Now Sabagg is accusing Hart of allowing his friend, JT Jackson, of setting up a hidden camera to record their video in the hotel room. According to the lawsuit, Hart conspired with his friend, Jackson for the purpose of obtaining tremendous financial benefit for himself by publicly announcing about the incident.

Hart apologizes to wife and children

When the news of the sex tape became public, Hart took to social media with an apology for his wife, Eniko Hart, and his kids. He said that he feels targeted and that he must learn to make smart decisions. He also added that he is not perfect and will not sit up waiting.

Hart continued that he made a bad error in judgment and had himself in a bad environment where only bad things could happen and they did. He knows that he might hurt the people closest to him, who he talked to and apologized to, including his wife and children.
