Kumail Nanjiani might be the new entry for Marvel's 'The Eternals' along with Angelina Jolie

Kumail Nanjiani, Pakistani-American stand-up comedian and Oscar minee, is reportedly in negotiations to join Angelina Jolie in Marvel's ' Eternals,' one of two features that Marvel is preparing to later this year. 

While details about movie and cast are still under wraps, movie is going to be based on characters in ' Eternals' that were created by Jack Kirby in 1976. y are super-powered and near-immortal species who are an offshoot of evolutionary process that created a-perceptive life on Earth. More dangerous offshoots are Deviants that were created by cosmic beings kwn as Celestials. 

Jolie is understood to be playing character of 'Sersi,' who is a more outgoing Eternal - undaunted to move amongst human beings. Chloe Zhao is director of this superhero venture project. heroes were polished in 2000s by author Neil Gaiman.

While details of Nanjiani's character are t out yet, actor who plays geek coder Dinesh in HBO's 'Silicon Valley' and has also earned an Oscar mination for co-writing ' Big Sick' with his wife Emily Gordon, is evidently occupied with some amazing projects at moment. He has starred in first 'Twilight Zone' episode from CBS All-Access and executive producer Jordan Peele on TV. On movie front, he will be also been in Sony's 'Men in Black: International' which is expected to release on June 14. That's t it. Ar exciting project that he will soon embark on is ' Voy of Doctor Dolittle' with Rami Malek.

Ar important comic character that people are more familiar with - nemesis of Avengers -  Thas, is, in fact, an Eternal, as origin story in comics explains so. Essentially created through genetic experimentations by Celestials, Eternals have been shown in some current MCU's films, like Benicio Del Toro's ' Collector' who has appeared in Thor: Dark World, Guardians of Galaxy and Avengers: Infinity War.

Marvel hasn't yet confirmed eir Nanjiani's or Jolie's casting, neless, talks are allegedly in full swing. If finalised ' Eternals' would mark ir first foray into superhero franchise.
