Kylie Jenner has been grabbing helines for some time w. Recently, she me it to news for joining Pull up for Change challenge wherein she revealed number of black employees working in her company. However, social media world seems divided about her revelations and while some praised makeup mogul, ors criticised her.

Kylie Jenner's brand on Instagram revealed that y were happy to reveal percent of black employee working in company. This decision was taken amid Black Lives Matter protests happening in country.

In Instagram post, Kylie Jenner's brand revealed that 47% were BIPOC (Black Indigeus and People Of Colour). Out of this percent, 15% were black and 53% were white. last line in post also mentioned that company employed 100% women. 

ding a caption to post, Kylie Jenner's brand wrote that y were proud of having such diversity within ir workforce, "Black, White, Asian, Native American, Hispanic and Middle Eastern women". y also pledged to continue ethnic diversity among employees, especially black people.
