Singer-songwriter Neil Young has sued US President Donald Trump's campaign for using his songs at his campaign rallies. 74-year-old artist has filed a lawsuit against campaign as he me it clear that he does t want his music to be used for events. Re on:

On June 20, 2020, official Trump campaign reportedly used Neil Young’s songs. This has t gone well with American-Canian singer. Young has filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign on Tuesday. He has filed it under copyright infringement act as singer does t want his music to be used by a ''divisive un-American campaign of igrance and hate''.

According to reports by PBS, lawsuit by Neil Young is filed in Manhattan federal court. singer is looking forward to $150,000 in return as statutory dam for each infringement. It is also being reported that Rockin’ in Free World and Devil’s Sidewalk are two of most used songs by campaigners.
