Rapper Drake made a surprise appearance at Camp Flog Gnaw festival replacing Frank Ocean and audiences were not pleased. They booed him off the stage.

What was supposed to be a night of glamour and surely unforgettable for some, turned sour as rapper Drake witnessed an unwelcoming gesture from the audience. The famous rapper had to face this embarrassing moment during his performance at Camp Flog Gnaw festival in Dodger Stadium.
A suprise appearance booed by audience
The 33-year old rapper made a surprise appearance at the festival in place of Frank Ocean and fans were reportedly not pleased. During the middle of his song 'Wu-Tang Forever', the rapper addressed the somewhat bitter sounding crowd and asked, "I'm here for you tonight. If you want to keep going, I will keep going. What's up?". After asking this a second time, a few people in the crowd began booing loudly and shouted, "No". It was then that the rapper got the hint. He decided to end his set 20 minutes early and parted saying, "I love ya'll. I go by the name of Drake. Thank you for having me".

Short Performance
Afterward when the clips of the rapper Drake's short-lived performance went viral, netizens came out to defend the singer. "Frank not performing is exactly what a crowd who would boo Drake deserves," tweeted one user.
Some came out in support of the audience. One wrote: "While i do have some sympathies for Drake for getting boo'ed off in that manner, to be honest in the crowd was there expecting and hoping for Frank Ocean, then their reaction was somewhat warranted (sic)".

Unexpected Twist
After the embarrassing moment, Drake announced that he had signed a 10-year contract with the residency at Camp Flog Gnaw. Looks like people will be seeing a a lot more of him. Drake didn't miss this opportunity to get back at the critics and people who booed at him at Camp Gnaw.
