Reese Witherspoon opened up about how her TV series 'The Morning Show' starring Jennifer Aniston and Steve Carell, found its direction from the #MeToo movement

In an interview with Natalie Portman for an international magazine, Reese Wirspoon opened up about how her TV series Morning Show developed and found its direction from popular #MeToo movement. She claims that she h started working on show before cases started being reported. She furr ded that show initially was just a book and Roger Ailes scandal h happened year before. show is reportedly to be more about roles of women in power and it will also depict how Mitch Kessler, a role played by Steve Carell, is affected by sexual misconduct allegations against him. 

"When we started, show was just a book, and thing h happened with Harvey Weinstein or Les Moonves yet. Roger Ailes scandal h happened year before. n, in October 2017, all those stories started to break about way women in media were treated." She furr ded, “ show's team decided we needed to start from square one and redevelop everything with more of a slant about truth coming out in media and people being held accountable for ir behavior."
