Robert Pattinson says legacy of Batman inspired him to join 'The Batman', calls it 'spicy'

Actor Robert Pattinson, the new caped crusader onscreen, revealed to an international magazine, the reasons he chose to be a part of a film like 'The Batman'.

story of caped cruser Batman has been apted into numerous films ever since 1943 when first film on DC Comics' Batman was released. newest superhero film has been talk of town since its inception as it brings Twilight actor Robert Pattinson as vigilante who fights crimes in dark. Pattinson spoke to an international fashion magazine recently and revealed  reason that he chose to take on role which has been played multiple times onscreen in past.

Robert Pattinson revealed that what appealed to him most is character in itself. He stated that downside - fact that it has been played many times- can also be seen as an upside. Pattinson said that even though ones alrey played are pretty definitive of character if Batman, re are multiple definitive possibilities that can be played as well. He ded that actors like George Clooney, Christian Bale, Ben Affleck have alrey covered most of grounds that story of Batman entails but wat excited him is to find gaps and bring that out in his portrayal of superhero.

numerous onscreen aptations have seen lighter version of story, jed version as well as more animalistic version of Batman. Robert Pattinson feels that it is legacy of character that appealed to him as anticipation among fans also gives him eugh ground to energize himself to give m a different story than ones y have alrey seen. He said that role also makes him 'a little spicy' as anticipation around new portrayal of an old character builds up.

Originally,  Batman was supposed to hit atres on June 25th, 2021, but it will w open on October 1st, 2021.  film, directed by Matt Reeves, has been delayed by four months amid coronavirus pandemic that led to shut down of production.
