Star Trek actor Zachary Quinto has been making helines for his recent Instagram post about his years of sobriety. Zachary Quinto says that he is full of gratitude is currently celebrating four years of abstinence from alcohol and drugs. 42-year-old actor shared a picture of him on Instagram account to share great news with his fans.

Zachary Quinto is popular for portraying role of Spock in reboot Star Trek movie as well as its sequels. Zachary was appreciated for his role in film as he stepped into shows of legendary Leonard Nimoy. This year, he took to his Instagram to share that he has completed 12 years of staying sober.
Eminem h revealed that said that his kids helped him by providing strength to triumph over his drug diction successfully and go through diction recovery. During rehabilitation process, Eminem gained a lot of weight and soon replaced his diction of drugs with a fitness routine. rapper said he used to run 17 miles a day.
