In a recent interaction with a daily, Tessa Thompson hinted that future of Marvel films will be more diverse. She stated that she thinks in MCU Phase four, makers are really talking about what representation looks like in those films. actor mentioned that truth is, se movies travel globally in huge ways. She ted that “if you can represent people that are of colour if you can represent people with disabilities, and if you can represent LGBTQIA community in se films, it is a pretty big deal".
Tessa Thompson stated that re are millions of people, particularly young people, that go to cinemas to watch Marvel movies. She thinks if makers can show m something that looks like m, y feel valued. Creed star said that's what it is all about, connecting with audiences through particular details of se narratives of comic book. She ted that it is our differences that make us special.

Tessa Thompson debuted as Valkyrie in 2017 with Thor: Ragnarok and reprised her role in much-acclaimed Avengers: Endgame (2019). She will reprise her character again in Thor: Love and Thunder directed by Taika Waititi. actor also talked about her character representation in upcoming film. Thompson mentioned that she is really excited that y are able to continue to push bounds of her character and that she is able to do Valkyrie. Annihilation star stated that re are so many “cool queer characters” in comic books and y should have a place on-screen.
