It was obvious that when Mandalorian was anunced, it would emerge as one of most-loved television series. It is one of latest Disney+ originals and is part of Star Wars universe. And in just two weeks, Mandalorian has emerged as America's most in-demand show, surpassing 21-week record of streaming giant Netflix's Stranger Things.

Mandalorian is first Star Wars web television series
Disney+ is flagship streaming service of entertainment giant, Walt Disney Company. Launched just two weeks back, streaming service hosts content from various Disney properties, such as Pixar, National Geographic, Marvel Cinematic Universe and Star Wars. Mandalorian was one of first original series to debut when streaming service was launched on vember 12, 2019, in rth America and selected countries across globe. With this show, Disney+ is following tritional weekly release schedule, wherein y release one episode per week. This is in stark contrast to Netflix's infamous binging schedule, wherein y drop all episodes at once.

Stranger Things is one of most-watched shows on Netflix
Mandalorian is a prequel and is set five years after events of 1983 Star Wars film, Return of Jedi and follows a Mandalorian bounty hunter beyond reaches of New Republic. Actor Jon Favreau serves as creator, he writer, showrunner, and executive producer. A total of eight episodes will be part of first season, and second season has been ordered.

Stranger Things is a science fiction-horror web television series created by Duffer Brors. It is one of most-watched original television series on Netflix. series consists of three seasons, with a fourth one scheduled to release in year 2020.
