As the US elections recently took place, Meghan Markle has also voted, being a US citizen. She is the first British Royal to vote for a US president

US elections 2020 took place on vember 3 and results are t yet declared. As polls have closed, millions of Americans, citizens of or countries, and even Meghan Markle are w waiting and stressed about results. Meghan voted in 2020 US Election

US citizens have been waiting for 2 days w for US Elections 2020 results. According to Newsweek, Meghan Markle voted in US Presidential elections 2020. However, it isn't confirmed yet wher she did it in person or through a mail-in ballot at time of writing. By doing so, she became first British Royal to ever vote in US elections. Although Meghan is married to Prince Harry who is a British heir, she is still a citizen of states and thus has a right to vote for Presidential elections. Her ballot will be considered historic as she is first modern member of a British royal family.

Although Prince Harry is t eligible to vote in 2020 US elections in an interview with Time100 special he me a statement. He said that vember was approaching and it was important that everyone should reject hate speech, misinformation, and online negativity referring to elections.

Meghan during this interview said that when people vote, ir values are put to action and ir voices are heard. She ded that everyone is important, ir voices matter and y should go vote. She also mentioned that every four years US citizens are told that it is most important election in ir life, she ded that this one really is most important one.

Even though Meghan is first British Royal to vote in US, she is t only member of British Royals who h an option to vote. Wallis Simpson h become Duchess of Windsor after she married  former King Edward VIII in 1937. She was a US citizen and h all right to vote. However, she wasn't accepted by family, and Edward was abdicated from throne. Also, re is evidence that she h voted in any of elections.

According to ANI reports, protests are taking place in many places in America that focus on 'count every vote'. However, 60 protestors were arrested in Manhattan as clashes between police and protestors h begun. Joe Biden, for w, has won 261 seats across America while Donald Trump has won over 241 seats. state-wise counting is still in process and results have t been declared yet.
