According to Hope British Columbia website, a major part of Rambo First Blood was shot in Hope, British Columbia, Cana. place where sheriff Teasle picks up Rambo is WaterAvenue near Gardener GM. In scene where Rambo flees from police, he can be seen driving a stolen motorbike on train tracks of Third Avenue. hot pursuit scene between Rambo and police happens along way of Hudson Bay Street. sheriff's station is located in front of District Hall near corner of Wallace Street and Third Avenue which has w shifted to 560 Douglas street.

Some or locations of Rambo First Blood like Treehouse Health Foods have transformed into Mountain State savings whereas, Outpost Gun shop was built at intersection of Commission Street and Third Avenue. It was built specifically for film which was later destroyed during a scene. Chapman's Gorge in movie was actually Ollo Tunnels of Cana. Rambo runs motorbike through Chevron gas station which has w transformed into Hope Pizza Place.

At beginning of movie, sheriff drops off Rambo on bridge to Portland, Oregon. original bridge was dismantled in 2011. intersection near Exit 170 where Rambo walks under 'Welcome to Hope' signboard and 'Gateway to Holidayland' wooden archway can still be spotted at Hope Station House and Coquihalla campground. Lastly, gas station which Rambo blows off as a diversion was specifically designed to be destroyed during filming of movie.
