Kerala: Elephant 'patrols' streets at night amid COVID-19 lockdown, watch video
A video of an elephant “patrolling streets" in Munnar, Kerala has left netizens enthralled. The video clip was posted by IFS officer Sudha Ramen on Twitter.

Researchers have suggested that elephants are one of most sociable and free-spirited animals. And since lockdown has begun in India, many of kind have been spotted strolling on streets. Previously, a video clip of a tusker roaming freely in Haridwar broke internet and w a video of an elephant “patrolling streets" in Munnar, Kerala has left netizens enthralled.
video clip was posted by IFS officer Sudha Ramen on Twitter. Along with clip she said that tusker called “Paiyappa” was on streets to check imposition of lockdown. She also revealed that it wasn't first time that Paiyappa has visited town ding that residents were familiar with giant animal. clip has received nearly 2.4 k views since posted earlier on April 16.

Netizens who were familiar with elephant revealed that though he looked calm in video he was actually “torious”. Many ors called it "beautiful" that animals were returning to streets amid lockdown.
