Kushi actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu apologises to Vijay Deverakonda fans; here's why

Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is currently on a break due to her medical condition Myositis, recently apologised to Vijay Deverakonda's fans for delaying 'Kushi' shoot. On Wednesday, a fan on Twitter tagged the Pushpa actor and asked for an update about her film with Liger actor Vijay Deverakonda. Responding to the post, Samantha apologised.

Tagging Vijay Deverakonda in her response, Samantha wrote, "#Kushi will resume very soon .. my apologies to @TheDeverakonda fans."

Samantha's Kushi co-star Vijay was quick to respond to the tweet and wrote, "We all await your return in full health and your big smile."

Vijay's gesture is winning people's heart on the Internet. A Twitter user commented, "You two" with a red heart emoji. Another user wrote, "Khushi will be pure love story of the year 2023" with a star-eyed emoji.

Kushi marks the second collaboration of Samantha and Vijay after the 2018 film Mahanati, in which they were paired opposite each other. 

About Samantha's health condition

Samantha Ruth Prabhu was diagnosed with Myositis, a rare health condition that causes pain in the muscles and weakens them, in October last year. The actor shared the news on her Instagram handle. The actor in her post informed her fans that the doctors have assured her a complete recovery.
