The rock band, known for their eagerness for experimentation, have released seven albums, selling over 70 million albums worldwide. The current line up consists of vocalist/keyboardist/guitarist Mike Shinoda, lead guitarist Brad Delson, bassist Dave Farrell, DJ/Keyboardist Joe Hahn, and drummer Rob Bourdon. Vocalist Mark Wakefield, bassist Kyle Christener and lead singer Chester Bennington were formerly part of Linkin Park. 1. In the End
In the End is one of the most popular songs of their hit debut album Hybrid Theory. In the End, peaked at #2 in the Billboard 100 and stayed there for 39 weeks. Chester Bennington’s vocals, Mike Shinoda’s rap, along with the heart touching lyrics meant that In The End dominated every playlist in the 2000s. 2. New Divide
Linkin Park worked with acclaimed film composer Hans Zimmer to produce the score for Transformers: Revenge of the fallen while working on their fourth album A Thousand Suns. What I've done is the first single from Linkin Park’s third album Minutes from Midnight. The song peaked at #7 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song served as the main theme for the Transformers movie. Numb was the third single in Linkin Park’s second album, Meteora. Numb topped the Billboard’s alternative songs chart for 12 weeks. It is the most-watched rock music video on Youtube, having over 1.2 billion views. The song was remixed as Numb/Encore in collaboration with Jay Z which earned them the Grammy Award for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration.
