Madhya Pradesh: Leopard rescued from well using ladder and rope
Several videos and pictures of leopard trapped inside a well were being widely circulated on social media on April 19. The big cat has been rescued now.

Several videos and pictures of leopard trapped inside a well were being widely circulated on social media on April 19. video was reportedly from Mhya Presh, where big cat fell inside a well and was struggling to come out on its own. A short clip was also shared by veteran Congress leer Digvijay Singh, who informed his followers that video of leopard is from Kherai Vill of Raghogarh in Mhya Presh, where incident took place.

In video, leopard can be seen trying to climb out of well as villrs and police personnel gar outside. However, it is w kwn that leopard has been safely rescued from water well, which is attracting much deserved praise for forest department on social media. Indian Forest Services officer Ravindra Mani Tripathi shared pictures from resue operation on social media. According to Tripathi, rescue was done using a lder, which was lowered into well and tied using a rope. leopard supposedly climbed out of well and went into jungle.
