Why did wedding scene change from consensual seduction scene to brutal rape of Emilia Clarke?” We never discussed it. It me it worse, t better.”
In show, character of Daenerys evolved from an intimidated girl being married off to a barbaric looking man to becoming queen of half world. Reports suggest that Martin in his book h described wedding night of Khaleesi as one where she was seduced by Khal and t assaulted like how it has been portrayed on show. In fact, in book, Khal h asked permission to touch her and only when she says “yes”, couple consummates ir marri.
