Ajayante Randam Moshanam: Tovino Thomas releases new poster of his next, movie to arrive in 2024

Malayalam actor Tovino Thomas has finally shared the much-awaited update on his upcoming movie Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM). The 2018 actor dropped a new poster of ARM announcing that the movie will be released in 2024 across all major languages - Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

Teaser of Ajayante Randam Moshanam

The makers unveiled the teaser for Ajayante Randam Moshanam in May this year. Prithviraj was roped in to introduce the Malayalam teaser, while Hrithik Roshan, Nani, Karthi, and Rakshit Shetty unveiled the Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada versions, respectively.

Directed by Jithin Laal, this film is set in northern Kerala and revolves around three generations of heroes - Maniyan, Kunjikelu, and Ajayan - working together to safeguard the region's most valuable treasure. Featuring an ensemble cast including Krithi Shetty, Aishwarya Rajesh, Surabhi Lakshmi, Basil Joseph, Rohini, Harish Uthaman, Niathar Sait, and Jagadish, Ajayante Randam Moshanam has been bankrolled by DR Zachariah Thomas and Listin Stephen under Magic Frames and UGM Productions.

Where Dhibu Ninan Thomas is ARM’s music composer, Jomon T John is handling the cinematography.

ARM marks Jithin Laal’s directorial debut

In an era where many aspiring filmmakers rush to make their directorial debut, Jithin Laal stands out for his patience in realising his dream for over six long years. He recently told a national daily, “I wanted to do something that looked neat and carried a signature style. Those slice-of-life stories with a realistic bent are not my cup of tea. I’m most excited by big-scale escapist fiction with strong visual storytelling. That’s not to say there won’t be human emotions in my work; it’s just that I would rather put them within an otherworldly story.”

He added, “The script of ARM was completed long ago, so such comparisons don’t hold water. Today, people tend to nitpick every little detail instead of simply enjoying a movie.”
