Prayaga Martin has reportedly been under-scanner by the police owing to her alleged connections with gangster Omprakash. According to a report in OnManorama, authorities shared that she and Manjummel Boys actor Sreenath Bhasi visited the gangster at his hotel in Kochi where police found a small number of drugs. Now, Pragya has reacted to the claims and shared her side of the story.

Speaking to Manorama Online, Prayaga stated that she went to the hotel to meet her friends and left around 7 PM to attend an event in Kozhikode. "I don’t know Omprakash personally. To be honest, I only heard his name when a media person approached me for an interview. I had gone to the hotel in Maradu to visit some friends," she said.

The actress added that she had to board the Vande Bharat Express to attend a function the following day so she stayed in her friend's hotel room and claimed she slept there for two hours.
