Pushpa 2: The Rule actor Fahadh Faasil is quickly gaining fame as a rising megastar in the South Indian film industry. Fahadh Faasil is next collaborating with South Indian cinema giants Mammootty and Mohanlal in an upcoming multi-starrer project. As the shooting already began, Fahadh was spotted on the set of the untitled film in Sri Lanka on Wednesday, November 20. 
Many photos and videos from the set have been going viral for a few days.

However, photos of Fahadh with Mammootty and the crew have caught everyone's attention. In the photos, Fafa is seen excitedly interacting with the Malayalam cinema legend. Fahadh is seen beaming with joy while chatting with Mammootty, as the crew watches the exchange. As soon as the photos went viral fans started praising him for the success.

Mohanlal and Mammootty reunite after 11 years

The untitled film is considered a dream project for Malayalam cinema and marks the reunion of Mammootty and Mohanlal after 11 years. Directed by Mahesh Narayanan, renowned for his works such as Take Off, C U Soon, Malik, and Ariyippu, the filmmaker has also written the screenplay. The cast features notable names like Nayanthara, Renji Panicker, Rajeev Menon, Danish Hussain, Shaheen Siddique, Sanal Aman, and Revathi, among others. The film is produced by Anto Joseph, C R Salim, and Subhash George Manuel, with Rajesh Krishna and C V Saratha serving as executive producers.

Described as a spy thriller, the movie is expected to make a historic impact on Malayalam cinema. The cinematography is handled by Manush Nandan, whose previous work includes Bollywood blockbusters like Dunki and Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani.
