Kanguva Editor Nishadh Yusuf, 43, Dies By Alleged Suicide 2 Weeks Before Film Release
Nishad Yusuf was a winner of the Kerala State Film Award 2022 for his outstanding work in the movie Thallumala.

Kanguva film editor Nishh Yusuf was found de at his house in Kochi in early hours of Wednesday, October 30, police said per PTI. He was found at around 2 am in an apartment in Panampilly Nagar. A police officer said that incident was suspected to be a case of suicide, but did not provide furr details. He was 43. news was also confirmed by Film Employees Federation of Kerala (FEFKA).
FEFKA pays tribute to Nishh Yusuf
Taking to its official Facebook handle, FEFKA shared a photo of Nishh and wrote, “ unexpected demise of Nishh Yusuf, film editor, who played a major role in determining contemporary future of changing Malayalam cinema is not something film world will be able to quickly accept. Condolences from FEFKA Directors' Union,” re post. FEFKA also shared that he was working on Mohanlal and Mammootty starrer Bazooka and Alappuzha Gymkhana.

Native of Haripp, Nishh was a popular film editor in Malayalam and Tamil film industries. He has worked on several hit moves, such as Thallumaala, Unda, One, Saudi Vellakka, and ios Amigos. His most high-profile project was Kanguva, starring Suriya and Bobby Deol. movie is awaited to release on November 14.
He is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter.
