Raghu Thatha OTT Release: Where And When To Watch Keerthy Suresh's Political Comedy Drama

Keerthy Suresh starrer Raghu Thatha hit the theatres on the occasion of Independence Day , alongside Chiyaan Vikram starrer Thangalaan. The political comedy received mixed reviews from the critics and had a lukewarm reception in the theatres. Now, the movie is all set to make its debut on OTT, a month after the release.

When will Raghu Thatha premiere on OTT?

The movie will be premiering on ZEE5 on September 13 in three regional languages – Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. Sharing the announcement on its official X handle, they wrote, “We are excited as much as Keerthy! 🤩 Just 3 days to go for the premiere of #RaghuThatha on ZEE5! #RaghuThatha will be streaming from September 13th only on ZEE5 in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.”

Keerthy has also expressed her happiness over the release of her movie on OTT. She said, “Portraying Kayalvizhi, a character who stands firm for her beliefs, has been a special journey. I'm excited for audiences worldwide to witness this engaging story on ZEE5 and spark meaningful conversations."

What else do we know about Raghu Thatha?

Directed by Suman Kumar, the movie stars  M. S. Bhaskar, Ravindra Vijay, Devadarshini, Jayakumar Parameswaran Pillai, Rajeev Ravindranathan, Anandsami, Rajesh Balachandiran and Aadhira Pandilakshmi in supporting roles. It is the hilarious story of a rebellious young woman, Kayalvizhi, who is forced to choose between principle and patriarchy. The film was produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films, in their Tamil production debut.

What's next for Keerthy Suresh?

The actress is gearing up for her Bollywood debut with Baby John. Helmed by Kalees and presented by Atlee, the movie stars Varun Dhawan as a lead hero. It also stars Jackie Shroff and Wamiqa Gabbi in pivotal roles. The film is a remake of Atlee's Tamil film Theri, starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Thalapathy Vijay. The film will hit the theatres on December 25.
