Zendaya Confirms 'Time Jump' In Euphoria Season 3, Says Character Will Move Out Of High School

Actor Zendaya teased that upcoming season of her much-awaited drama series "Euphoria" will have a time jump.

actor will reprise role of Rue Bennett in HBO show in its third installment.

"Euphoria", loosely based on creator Sam Levinson's own experiences with drug diction as a young ult, follows life of high schoolers in fictional town of East.

Zendaya, also serves as an executive producer on series, said even she doesn't have a clear idea about what is happening with new chapter.

"I don’t quite kw exactly what season is going to look like, but I do kw that time jump is happening.

"It will be fascinating to see and understand se characters outside of context of high school and how all stuff that we saw when y were kids and y were in high school affects ulthood y have and who y become in a much bigger world. I’ll be interested to see what happens too,” she said on Entertainment Weekly's Awards podcast.

"Euphoria" season three will commence production in January after a string of delays, largely as a result of dual Hollywood strikes in 2023. Zendaya recently appeared in Luca Guagni's romantic sports drama film "Challengers.
