Posted by user named Epices, under subreddit AskReddit, post has amassed nearly 55k upvotes and has a wide array of experiences narrated by people about thrilling, awkward, long-lasting, but most of all kind encounters that y’ve h with strangers during course of ir lifetimes. 

While some encounters reeked of deep affection that would encour introverts to socially open up to whoever y run into, many accounts were about people going out of ir way to help someone in need despite acquaintances. thre with over 8k comments is w motivating millennials to choose kindness, every single time. “I was in London and was supposed to be flying home that day. I walked with my two suitcases towards tube station. A young man comes up to me and offers to help carry my suitcases,” one narrates. “It starts raining, he calls me a cab,” continued a woman named Andria. “I just couldn’t believe kindness he showed to some random person on street,” she ded. “When I was 16, I drove my mom’s old Pontiac Bonneville to movie atre and turn off lights,” narrated ar. “When I came out, car was de but someone left a set of jumper cables on hood with a te that said, ‘I hope you make it home safely.’” “Since n,” user named Good said, “I’ve tried to pay that kindness forward.”

Relating a memorable encounter with an anymous guy, ar user said, “I was using crutches and walked into Melbourne spring storm, a guy with very limited English walked me holding an umbrella.” “Lovely, warm fuzzy memories,” she ded. In ar recollection of haunting memory, a user wrote, “When I was 18, I h a friend in hospital with brain cancer whose time may have been limited. He was a hippie alternative punk. I wore a lear jacket for him, donned long hair, walked towards his room to cheer him, a nurse saw me. “Without saying a word she walked to me and gave me a long comforting hug. Reminiscing how helpful strangers may be, contrary to stereotypical belief that interaction with strangers was apparently harmful, a girl recalled, “I h just lost my job and my d h his card stolen. We were completely out of food and living in an old, run-down RV. Someone kcked on door, some strangers with food who ticed us in parking lot wanted to kw if my d needed anything,” girl narrated. “From canned goods to fresh meat, milk, pasta y h bought us all with ir money,” she ded. She said that she h never forgotten strangers’ generosity.
