Photo of '10-year reunion' of 'Distracted Boyfriend' meme gets 1.3M likes; but is it true?

Many memes have gone on to become popular over years across world and one of m is one of ‘distracted boyfriend’, a light-hearted take on wandering eyes or infidelity. Recently, re were some interesting reactions when a netizen posted a ‘before and after’ im claiming that three people in post h reunited ‘10 years on.’

A netizen shared, on Twitter, an im of a man, looking towards a woman in miration to his left, while ar woman to his right expressed her shock at it. Behind m, was a photograph of viral meme and netizen claimed that y were  actual people from '*THAT* meme, 10 years on.'

post seemed to have caught on in a big way on Twitter as it received 218.5K retweets and 1.3 million likes. While a good number of netizens were convinced, some spotted that trio did t look same as one in meme, particularly woman to right of man. 

Many of Twitter users shared similar versions to join in fun and even trolled netizen for trying to cash in on it. 

netizen clarified that it was t same and expressed his surprise on people retweeting photo without seeing his second post, where he clarified that trio were just cosplaying for effect. He ded that trio h posted so at an exhibition of memes in New York.
