A crew member from Prithviraj Sukumaran's 'Aadujeevitham' recently tested positive for COVID-19 after he returned to India from Jordan

A member of Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran's Aujeevitham's crew who returned to Malappuram from Jordan via Kochi airport tested positive for COVID-19. In fact, he returned to India alongside Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran, who is le actor of Aujeevitham.

Prithviraj Sukumaran and COVID-19 positive crew member returned from Jordan on May 22, 2020. 58-year-old is a native of Vettikkattil in Malappuram, Kerela. crew member was a part of team that travelled to Jordan to film scenes for Prithviraj Sukumaran's upcoming film, Aujeevitham.
Along with crew and Prithviraj Sukumaran, director Blessy was also present at Jordan when lockdown first began. Back in March, team was stranded in a foreign land when ir permission to film Aujeevitham was cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic. Luckily, once situation in Jordan improved, team was allowed to complete ir filming for Aujeevitham after y received special permission from authorities.

On May 22, team mand to return to India thanks to a special flight arranged by Air India. Once y were back in India, cast and crew of Aujeevitham were taken to quarantine centres after y received a thorough health check-up at airport. Malayalam Superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran tested negative for COVID-19 after tests. He even took to Instagram to anunce that he h tested negative after a voluntary test. After crew's institutional quarantine period ended on May 29, Prithviraj Sukumaran and rest of Aujeevitham's cast and crew returned to home quarantine.

infected crew member worked as a translator for Aujeevitham cast while y were in Jordan. He was under observation at COVID-19 care centre at Edappal. After eight days, he was allowed to return home, provided he stayed in quarantine. It was during this time that disease was confirmed and crew member was n shifted to Manjeri Medical College Hospital.
