Prithviraj and 'Aadujeevitham' team stranded in Jordan; Kerala CM promises to offer help
Prithviraj took to his social media to inform the authorities that he and his team are stuck in Jordan amid lockdown. Kerala CM intervened and assured help.

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, on Wednesday, in a press conference reportedly revealed that Jordan's Indian Embassy has assured that y will help cast and crew of Malayalam film Aujeevitham. cast and crew of Aujeevitham, including actor Prithviraj and Blessy, are stranded in Wi Rum after country anunced a widespre lockdown. cast and crew of Aujeevitham were supposed to shoot in Jordan till April 02, 2020. However, as a precautionary measure to curb spre of vel coronavirus, authorities initiated a lockdown in country.

According to media reports, Aujeevitham director Blessy wrote a letter to Film Chamber, Kerala, seeking help after authorities imposed lockdown. Film Chamber allegedly approached CM, who intervened and assured help to crew of Aujeevitham. He reportedly wrote to Minister of External Affairs about state of Aujeevitham cast and crew. On April 1, 2020, CM informed that Jordan's Indian Embassy has assured to offer help to cast and crew of Aujeevitham that includes Pritnviraj and Blessy.

team of Aujeevitham has been shooting in Wi Ram, Jordan for past few weeks. movie that also features Amala Paul, is reported to be based on a vel. Reports reveal that makers of upcomer were planning to shoot in Egypt after wrapping Jordan schedule. However, due to coronavirus outbreak, shooting of movie is infinitely pushed.
