Priyadarshan's 'Marakkar: Arabikandalinte Simham's' release postponed to 2021?

For past few months, re have been speculations surrounding release date of Priyarshan's forthcoming film Marrakar: Arabikalinte Simham. On Wednesday, a media report published on an online portal revealed that Priyarshan directorial would hit silver screen next year. However, neir director r producer of Marrakar: Arabikalinte Simham has given an official statement regarding new release date. 

Marakkar: Arabikalinte Simham, starring Mohanlal and Manju Warrier in le was slated to hit marquee in March. However, due to lockdown imposed due to coronavirus outbreak, Priyarshan directorial got pushed. In an old interview with an online portal, Marakkar: Arabikalinte Simham's producer Antony Perumbavoor h revealed that movie would only release after atres reopen because makers have a contract with 60 countries to release Mohanlal starrer across globe.

Marakkar: Arabikalinte Simham will narrate tale of Kunjali Markkar IV and ir fight against Portuguese army. Priyarshan directorial has an ensemble cast consisting of actors like Suniel Shetty, Pranav Mohanlal, Keerthy Suresh, Kalyani Priyarshan, Prabhu, and Ashok Selvan in prominent roles. A few months ago, makers of Priyarshan directorial released trailer of upcomer, amping expectations of moviegoers.
