Earlier reports hinted that eir Shrdha Kapoor or Triptii Dimri might have a special appearance in movie, sparking rumours of Tollywood star Sreeleela's involvement. Speculation also surrounds Samantha Ruth Prabhu potentially making a cameo. 

According to Koimoi, Shrdha h requested a fee of Rs 5 crore, same amount Samantha received for her item number Oo Antava in Pushpa: Rise. However, makers of Pushpa 2 declined Kapoor's request.
