Amid the anticipation of the third installment of Mirzapur 3, Rasika Dugal dropped a major hint regarding the upcoming season on the occasion of 3 years of the second season. Mirzapur is one of the hit web series featuring Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyendu Sharma, and Shweta Tripathi, among others. The second season was released in 2020, and now fans are expecting the third season.

Rasika Dugal drops hint on Mirzapur 3

On Monday, Rasika Dugal took to her Instagram handle and dropped a clip featuring her as the character Beena Tripathi speaking over the telephone. In the video, she can be heard saying, "Jaldi karenge theek hai Mirzapur 3 ka release..riks nahi le sakte (Will release Mirzapur 3 soon, can't take risk)".  The actress captioned the video as Aap saab ka request producers taak pahucha diye hai. #OnPublicDemand #3YearsOfMirzapur2"

Soon after she dropped the post, the fans flooded the comment section. A user wrote, "Can’t wait." Another wrote, "So nice of you. Waiting eagerly." Another asked for a release date, "Release date aa gaya hai Kya???"

Ali Fazal celebrates 3 years of Mirzapur

The actor shared a series of throwback photos from the sets of season 2 and captioned it as 3 years to this season of Mirzapur... #3YearsToMirzapurOnPrime S2." Soon after he dropped the post, a user wrote, "It means they all are giving a hint of S3". Another asked, "Season 3 kab aayega bhaiya ji ??"

The crime-thriller, helmed by Karan Anshuman and written by Anushman, Puneet Krishna and, Vineet Krishna, is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidwani. In November 2018, the makers released the first season starring  Vikrant Massey, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Harshita Gaur and, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, apart from Pankaj Tripathi and Ali Fazal. Both the seasons as well as the performance of its cast members have been well received.
