'RRR' viewed for over 45 million times worldwide; Achieves THIS massive feat on Netflix

With RRR, celebrated filmmaker SS Rajamouli attained boasting rights of having two out of three highest-grossing movies of all time in Indian film industry. Baahubali fame director brought toger Ram Charan and Jr NTR to tell epic tale of heroism after water is pitted against fire. Set in 1920, film follows story of two revolutionaries fighting for ir country. 

Released on March 25, 2022, after many delays owing to pandemic, film attracted an unprecedented number of people to box office. After a historic run on big screen, RRR minted Rs 902 crores in India and Rs 1111 crores worldwide. Apart from box office success, SS Rajamouli's earned praises of globally renowned artists. 

movie was released on Netflix on May 20, 2022, and reflected same craze on OTT platform. Recently, movie achieved an impressive feat on giant streamer. 

RRR achieved THIS feat on Netflix

official social media handle of Netflix, on June 22, 2022, revealed that RRR in Hindi language was viewed over 45 million times worldwide on Netflix. In dition to that, Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer became  most popular Indian film on Netflix around world. 

Fans also h a roaring response to this achievement as many celebrated continued success of venture. One fan wrote, ''It's just for Hindi language. What if all languages were released on Netflix'' while anor wrote, ''Best movie ever me.'' 

As mentioned earlier, craze of RRR travelled over oceans and reached every corner of world making it a global blockbuster. Marvel's Doctor Strange writer C. Robert Cargill was bowled over by cinematic excellence of SS Rajamouli magnum opus. 

Taking to his Twitter, he h written, ''I'm here to report I am now fully, truly, deeply a member. This is craziest, most sincere, weirdest blockbuster I've ever seen. I'm pretty sure Jess and I are watching it again this week.''

Similarly, Captain America writer Jackson Lanzing revealed that he h 'best time' he has ever h in movies. 

SS Rajamouli created magic by building Baahubali franchise. Fans have been wondering if he would treat m same by creating an RRR franchise. In an interview with PTI, director h quenched curiosity by stating, ''Let it cool down. Of course, for me it would be a great pleasure, not because of what it’ll do at box office, but because I will have more time to spend with my brors. That’ll be more exciting for me. But let time unravel what we have.''
