Samantha Akkineni, who was recently in Maldives, celebrating her husband's birthday came back. She watched Suriya's Soorarai Pottru which recently released and was in complete love with movie. She took to her Instagram handle and Twitter to express her liking towards movie. She even called it 'Film of year'.

Samantha Akkineni calls Suriya's Soorarai Pottru - Film of Year

Samantha Akkineni recently took to her social media handles and praised Sudha Kongara's recent direction. Samantha was so impressed by movie that she called it best film of year. Samantha said movie was a gem and tagged both Suriya and Aparna, who are le actors of film. She uploed a post which saw  movie's poster. Samantha's post crossed 650k likes in just a few hours and it isn't wrong to say that audience agrees with her on her opinion. See her post here.

Soorarai Pottru cast has some major names from industry and t just South-Indian film industry but even Bollywood. Soorarai Pottru cast includes Suriya as Nedumaaran Rajangam le character in film. Aparna Balamurali as Sundari, female protagonist. Paresh Rawal as Paresh Goswami, Mohan Babu as Mr. Naidu, Vidhini Vaidyanathan as Chitra Ramaswamy, Urvashi as Pechi and Prakash Belawi as Prakash Babu. 

Soorarai Pottru plot

Soorarai Pottru plot revolves around Nedumaaran Rajangam who is a former air force captain and has a dream to give common man pleasures of flying as well. He takes up mission to bring flight industry to general public and in this process makes several enemies but eventually becomes a big part of biggest capital intensive industry in world. Soorarai Pottru was going to have a atrical release but due to  pandemic, creators h to have an online release of film. movie premiered on Amazon Prime video on vember 12, 2020. film was released in Telugu, Kanna and Malayalam dubbed version as well at same time and audience can watch it on Amazon Prime in langu of ir preference. movie got an 8.8 stars rating on IMDb.
