Sehaj Arora dispels rumours of dying by suicide

Sehaj Arora took to his official Facebook page which he shares with Gurpreet Arora. The post carried a screen recording of the plethora of YouTube videos professing that Gurpreet Arora had died by suicide. Squashing the rumours, Arora revealed that he is very much alive. 

His post read, "Fake News (Bohat Call Aa rhe 2 din ton please Stop) Media is requested not to edit old interviews and run them. Dear public Don't trust any kind of interview." The caption revealed how he and Gurpreet were receiving incessant calls about the former's alleged death which was very disconcerting. He also asked people to not buy into the narrative being shared by the media.

A private video of the couple had been leaked on social media, bringing Sehaj and Gurpreet, to the forefront of a murky controversy. Arora had taken to social media to share their narrative as per which, the video was an AI-generated trap which had been used to blackmail them. The video had allegedly been sent to the couple, with a demand for money - when they did not comply, it was leaked. Following this, reports emerged of Arora allegedly dying by suicide as part of the aftermath. The rumours, however, now have been laid to rest.
