Shop without shopkeepers along highway in Mizoram leaves netizens impressed
An NGO, which aims at bringing emotional integration between people from different parts of the country, shared the story of “shops without shopkeepers”.

While law enforcement authorities continuously try to thwart attempts of ft and loot, a story about trust in India’s rast has grabbed attention of social media users. A national NGO My Home India, which aims at bringing emotional integration between people from different parts of country, shared story of “shops without shopkeepers”.
NGO shared an im of a shop of pineapples saying many shops are found without shopkeepers along highway of Seling in Mizoram. Such shops are called “Nghah Loh Dawr Culture Of Mizoram” which means “Shop Without Shopkeepers”. shops run on principle of trust as anyone can take what person wants and keep money in “deposit box” kept in front of shop.

A Twitter user said that concept has been practised among Mizos for a very long time and is woven inextricably in Mizo culture. Ar user replied that it is a very common sight in almost every corner of Mizoram one can easily find vegetable shops along ros in this season. One of users took a light-hearted dig saying people in his region will run away with pineapples as well as money in box.
