Journalists Jemele Hill and Cari Champion are all set to break down barriers in ir new VICE TV talk show, Cari & Jemele: Stick To Sports. This new show will try to fill diversity gap that is evident in Hollywood and will discuss various topics like sports, politics, and pop culture. To promote ir upcoming talk show, Jemele Hill and Cari Champion recently interacted with TooFab, in which y discussed show's mes and objectives.

Speaking to TooFab, Cari Champion asked people to find her ar show which was le by two Black women who were also executive producers. She ded that Cari & Jemele: Stick To Sports was more than just being something that is directly related to being an actor or being under guise of a network that only cares about her blackness. Cari Champion also stated that networks tolerated black people in entertainmen, but did t allow m to use ir experiences as an example of what is going on in world.

Cari furr ded that re was denying that y were Black and that she and Jemele Hill were black women. journalist and TV host went on to discuss how American media always told Black people to control ir ethnicity, blackness, and flavour. She furr ded that her talk show, Cari & Jemele: Stick To Sports, will get rid of se tions and will make new rules to promote blackness in entertainment industry.
Cari Champion went on to say that her new talk show will feature her personality in a very unapologetic way. She ded that ir goal was to show America that Black people were t "molithic". She also talked about how she and Jemele Hill were very different people despite both of m being black women.

Jemele Hill also spoke to TooFab and revealed that idea of talk show was born over a bottle of wine. Jemele stated that she and Cari always wanted to work toger, but never got opportunity to do so until y both started living in LA. Cari n came over to Jemele's house with a bottle of wine and two women instantly ticed ir chemistry toger which would work well in a new talk show. Cari & Jemele: Stick To Sports premiered on August 19, 2020.
