On second day of release, movie raked in ₹ 19.25 Crore, as per early estimates by Sacnilk. movie registered a positive jump and minted ₹ 21.4 Cr on day 3. Sai Pallavi starrer has w amassed a total of ₹ 61.95 Crore in India. Amaran was released in Telugu, Kanna and Malayalam, but raked in most business from Tamil version.

Amaran was released alongside Lucky Bhaskhar and KA in Telugu and Bagheera in Kanna. While three films moved at a slow pace, Amaran seems to be first choice of cinema-goers on Diwali weekend.

Kiran Abbavaram starrer KA has amassed a total of  ₹ 10.55 Cr in three-day atrical run. Dulquer Salmaan's Lucky Bhaskhar minted ₹ 7.50 Cr on day 3, taking film's total to₹ 21.40 Cr. Kanna movie Bagheera has been able to amass a total of ₹ 9.85 Cr, as per Sacnilk. extended Diwali holiday and weekend are likely to aid business of all movies and give an extra boost to Amaran.
