Sivakarthikeyan and Dhanush, who share a tense relationship, seem to have buried the hatchet. A photo of them standing together is going viral on the internet hinting that all is well between the two Tamil actors now.

In the photo going viral on the internet shows Dhanush and Sivakarthikeyan standing together seemingly looking at something ahead of them. The photo is said to be taken at an event. Soon after the video was posted at X, fans flooded the comment section. A user wrote, "Interesting". Another wrote, "I can't believe my eyes". Another wrote, "Problem solved".

What was the fallout about?

The photo came after Sivakarthikeyan was trolled by netizens owing to his comments during the Kottukkaali audio launch. During the event, Siva praised director PS Vinoth Raj and requested the fans not to label him as one who "gave life" to the director. Elaborating his comments, the actor said that he had been similarly branded in the past. This led to fans speculating that his statement was an indirect jibe at Dhanush.

A few years ago, Siva and Dhanush reportedly broke their on-screen and off-screen partnership when they had a disagreement over their careers. Since then, the duo distanced themselves.

For the unversed, Dhanush and Siva worked together in film 3 where the latter played a comic role. Dhanush has also produced Siva's movies, including Ethir Neechal and Kaaki Sattai.

Dhanush will be next seen in Kubera, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna and Nagarjuna. The actor is currently busy with the shooting with Sekhar Kammula. Siva, on the other hand, has wrapped up the filming of Amaran and is now awaiting its release, which is on October 31. He also has SK23 with director  AR Murugadoss. The action thriller also stars  Vidyut Jammwal, Biju Menon, Vikranth, Shabeer Kallarakkal, Sanjay and Sachana Namidass.
