Kanguva: ₹20 Crore In 24 Hours, Court Orders Producer To Deposit Amount To Release Suriya Starrer
Kanguva: Two cases were raised against KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green and the court has intervened in the matter before the film's release on November 14.

Kanguva: Suriya, Bobby Deol and Disha Patani starrer Kanguva is all set to release on big screens on November 14. While full-fledged bookings of pan-India film have not opened up due to issues, anor roblock seems to have come its way. production house Studio Green is in trouble as two cases stand against film, which could probably stall its release.
Reportedly, two cases were raised against KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green. Chennai High Court has ordered him to to pay ₹20 crore to court-appointed ministrator before November 13 to release Kanguva; orwise, movie should not be released.

Court orders Gnanavel Raja to repay his debt before Kanguva release
According to M9 News, KE Gnanavel Raja h acquired a debt from late financier Arjun Lal. He was a former financier of many movies, went bankrupt and died. After his death, court appointed an ministrator to recover Lal's outstanding debts. So Raja should pay ₹20 crore before November 13 to ministrator to release Kanguva.
Anor case deals with pending payments to Fuels Technologies. Chennai High Court has issued an order that KE Gnanavel Raja should pay ₹1.60 crore of pending payments to Chief Registrar of Chennai High Court before release of movie, or it will be stalled.

Kanguva to face competition from Amaran
Reportedly, since Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi starrer Amaran is doing well at box office in its second week, exhibitors are not granting more than 50% screens to Suriya starrer Kanguva. This will drastically affect its business.
