Thalapathy Vijay Gifts A Swanky Watch To Sivakarthikeyan For His Cameo In The Greatest Of All Time

Thalapathy Vijay has been basking in the success of his recently released movie The Greatest Of All Time. While the actor has moved on and is busy with his next project, it seems the makers are still not over it yet. They shared a BTS video of Vijay and Sivakarthikeyan shooting together. For the unversed, the latter had a special appearance as himself, which was quite surprising for the fans. In the video, it was shown, Vijay presented Siva with a swanky watch.

The video shows Vijay and Siva busy shooting for the scene. Towards the end, we can see Vijay gifting a watch to Siva as a token of appreciation for agreeing to the cameo. It has been reported that Siva didn’t charge a penny for his appearance. “When #SK meets #Thalapathy , you know it’s going to be legendary,” read the caption.

As reported by Sacnilk.com, the film received positive reviews upon its release and grossed ₹449.35 crore globally, with nearly ₹249 crore of that coming from India. The director of GOAT expressed satisfaction with the film surpassing the ₹400 crore mark worldwide. However, its performance outside Tamil Nadu did not meet expectations, possibly due to competition from other releases, including Devara: Part 1, featuring Jr NTR, Meiyazhagan, starring Karthi, and Lubber Pandhu.

Meanwhile, GOAT is currently streaming on Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages. Media reports indicate that Netflix acquired the digital rights for approximately Rs 90 crore.
